Renovation Notices

1.Hotel's official check-in time is 03:00 P.M.,and check-out time is 11:00 A.M.

2.Room rate include breakfast and tax.

3.It is forbidden to carry pets and to smoke at the hotel.

4.The layout of hotel rooms are different,and the rooms are mainly arranged on site.

5.The parking lot is only free for guests who come to the hotel. Due to the limited number, one parking space is provided for each room. Parking locations and floors cannot be specified.

6.Complimentary breakfast is provided according to the room rates and can only be used during the breakfast service period of the next day. No refund or discount will be given if it is not used.

7.Early check-in and late check-out fees are as follows: (During busy days/special events, the hotel reserves the final right to refuse early check-in or late check-out requests)

Late check-out fees

  a. After 11:00A.M. to 3:00P.M. charge of 1/3 room rate

  b.After 12:00P.M. to 5:00P.M. charge of 2/3 room rate

  c.After 5:00P.M. charge of one day room rate.

Early check-in fees

  a.Before 12:00 A.M.to 3:00 P.M. charge of 1/3 room rate

  b.Before 10:00 A.M.to 12:00 noon. charge of 2/3 room rate

  c.Before 10:00 A.M. charge of one day room rate.

8.Children breakfast fee

 a.Free for children aged under 2 years old

 b.NT$110 for children aged between 3 and 5 years old

 c.NT$165 for children aged between 6 and 8 years old

 d.NT$231 for children aged between 9 and11years old

 e.Adult price(NT$330)for children aged over12years old

9.The hotel is not responsible for your valuables in rooms or in the safety boxes. Please use the hotel's safe-dep osited boxes that are available without any charge at reception.

10.If you are under the age of 20, you need to fill in the Minor Consent Form.

Cancellation

一、According to  adhesion contract of  hotel industry. Hotel charge 30% deposit  and you apply for cancellation. The Refund policy:

a.100% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation on the    check-in date.

b.80% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 1 day before the check-in date.

c.70% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 2-3 days before the check-in date.

d.60% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 4-6 days before the check-in date.

e.50% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 7-9 days before the check-in date.

f.30% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 10-13 days before the check-in date.

g.0% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 14 days (including 14 days) before the check-in date.

The prices and contents will be adjusted for room booking within a limited period of time in limited quantities based on different sales projects.

a.100% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation on the    check-in date.

b.50% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 1-2    day before the check-in date.

c.0% of the deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 3 days before the check-in date.

三、In case of natural disaster, earthquake, and typhoon led to traffic disruption, the deposit can be refunded 100% after the information released by the national authority.

The prices and contents will be adjusted for room booking within a limited period of time in limited quantities based on different sales projects.
