Hotel Information & Policies
◆ In accordance with Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment regulations, starting January 1, 2025, disposable amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, combs, and razors) are no longer provided in guest rooms.
◆ The hotel does not sell disposable amenities. If you need any amenities during your stay, please contact the Front Desk.
1.Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
2.Guest Identification
Upon check-in, all guests must present an original government-issued ID, driver’s license, or National Health Insurance card for registration and sign the registration form. Photographs, scans, or photocopies are not accepted.
3.No Smoking
The hotel is a public, non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products, etc. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
4.Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, except for guide dogs and assistance dogs with valid certification. The hotel does not provide pet boarding or pet-sitting services.
5.Room Assignment
All guest rooms have exterior windows. Specific room locations, such as the same floor, non-corner rooms, rooms away from elevators, or rooms away from emergency exits, cannot be guaranteed. Room assignments are subject to hotel availability.
6.Parking
Complimentary parking is available only for hotel guests and customers. Due to limited parking spaces, one parking space is provided per guest room. Specific parking spaces or floors cannot be reserved.
7.Breakfast
Breakfast is included according to the room type and is valid only during the breakfast service period on the following day. No refund or cash equivalent will be provided for unused breakfast.
8.Bottled Water
The hotel does not provide bottled water. Please bring a reusable water bottle or thermos and use the drinking water dispenser in the public area of your guest room floor.
9.Early Check-in / Late Check-out
The following fees apply. During peak periods or special events, the hotel reserves the right to decline requests for early check-in or late check-out.
Early Check-in
12:00 PM–3:00 PM: 1/3 of the room rate for the night
10:00 AM–12:00 PM: 2/3 of the room rate for the night
Before 10:00 AM: Full room rate for the previous night
Late Check-out
11:00 AM–3:00 PM: 1/3 of the previous night’s room rate
3:00 PM–5:00 PM: 2/3 of the previous night’s room rate
After 5:00 PM: Full room rate for the current night
10.Children’s Breakfast
Children who do not occupy a bed stay free of charge and are not provided with guest-room amenities. A separate breakfast ticket is required:
Under 3 years: Free
3 to under 6 years: NT$100 + 10%
6 to under 9 years: NT$150 + 10%
9 to under 12 years: NT$210 + 10%
12 years and above: Adult rate, NT$400 + 10%
Please bring the child’s identification document when dining. If no identification is presented and the child is over 150 cm tall, the adult rate will apply.
11.Valuables
For valuables, please contact the Front Desk. Safety deposit box services are available at the Front Desk.
12.Guests Under 18
Guests under 18 years of age must present a Minor Accommodation Consent Form.
13.Natural Disasters / Transportation Disruptions
In the event of a natural disaster, earthquake, or typhoon causing transportation disruptions that prevent the guest from reaching the hotel, a 100% refund of the deposit may be provided upon official announcement by the competent authorities.
14.Fraud Prevention
