In 2003, The Grand View Hotel is the only hotel ranked “Excellent” in Changhua by Changhua County government.

In 2003, the Grand View Hotel is honoured by Changhua County Public Health Bureau “Self-Administration Recognition Plan of Food Industry Hygiene”.
